Product Information and Pricing

novaturn Store works diligently to keep product descriptions, pricing, specifications, and availability details accurate and current. Should an error occur in product information, pricing, or availability, we may correct that error and cancel any orders placed on the basis of the incorrect information, at no cost to you. For items that naturally vary (such as handmade goods or products made from natural materials), minor differences in dimensions, weight, or appearance from the listed specifications may occur. Product details and warnings are supplied for reference purposes only; novaturn Store cannot guarantee that products are free from cross-contamination during processing or packaging. Product availability may differ depending on your delivery zone, pickup location, and chosen time slot.

Orders and Payment

Every order is contingent upon product availability and acceptance by novaturn Store. We may decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, breach these terms, or cannot be fulfilled because of stock shortages. Full payment is required before your order is dispatched or made available for pickup, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Minimum order values and delivery fees may apply depending on your selected delivery zone and time slot. For age-restricted products (including alcohol, tobacco, and vaping products where legally permitted), you must meet the legal age requirement for purchasing such items in your jurisdiction, and a valid government-issued ID will be required at delivery or pickup. If an item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you before dispatch and may propose a suitable substitute or refund the unavailable item, unless you have opted out of substitutions at checkout.

Intellectual Property

All content on novaturn Store's platforms — including text, images, logos, software, private label product packaging, and the "novaturn Store" name and branding — is the exclusive property of novaturn Store and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any novaturn Store content without our express written permission. User-generated content (including product reviews, photos, and comments) that you submit to our platforms may be used by novaturn Store for marketing, promotional, or operational purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify novaturn Store promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. You are likewise responsible for supplying accurate, current contact, delivery, and payment information when placing orders, and for ensuring that any special instructions, eligibility requirements, or product-specific conditions you submit are truthful and complete. Limitation of Liability

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of novaturn Store's services shall first be submitted to novaturn Store's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider in New York, NY, in accordance with the provider's commercial arbitration rules. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding on the parties and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

novaturn Store may update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Should we make material changes to these Terms, we will give at least 30 days' advance notice by email to the address linked to your account, or through a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using novaturn Store's services before the effective date of the changes.
